Our very 1st Daytrip tour in Vietnam - services from both guide, Phong and driver left a lasting impression.

Phong is one of the best tour guides we have ever had. He was very easy going, friendly, helpful and very sincere in assisting all his customers on his tour so that we can enjoy the tour to the max. Eg, upon learning about the diet restrictions of some of the people in the group, I believe he worked with the restaurant back end to ensure that everyone received a decent selection of food (vegetarian especially) during meal time. Phong took care of everyone during the biking activities too and made sure that no one was left behind.

Driver was always on time at each pickup point. He didn’t keep us waiting for a long period of time.
