1: Will I be picked up from my hotel in Hanoi?
We offer free pick up customers staying in Old Quater of Hanoi. The bus is not allowed to park a long time along in the narrow roads. Please be ready at your hotel lobby before 10 minutes departure as an arranged pick-up time
The pick-up time could be late a little bit from 07:30 - 08:15. To make sure! Please ask your receptionist to confirm before the departure time.

- We do not pick up Hotels far from Old Quater of Hanoi: for Join-in group Tour as the traffic in Hanoi is very bad in Rush Hours. Our bus would take a too long time picking up.
It is very easy with Taxi, Grab, Uber at a reasonable price to the Hanoi Opera House meeting point. Or Free with Short walk to our office in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Or you could book a Private Car with a Private guide for the best services.

2: Can I order kid meals and special dietary food?
Yes, you can. We will happily meet any of your special requests. However, please kindly be reminded that you should make a note with us well in advance so we can have more time to prepare the most perfect meal for you and your family.
3: Are drinks and beverages included in the tour?
No, they are not included in the meal. There are only complimentary bottles of mineral water on the bus each way.
4: Is Tip included in the tour?
The tip is not compulsory. But travelers should do it as the local culture when traveling in Vietnam. Normally, it is not included in tours
5: Can I get a refund if the weather is too bad then can not operate the tour?
Yes! Of course. If the weather is too bad then we can not operate the tour. We would process the refund.
We use the best online payment system in Vietnam: Onepay.vn then we would have both Payment and Refund safely. It would take instant payment and instant refund process.
However, for the refund, it also depends on your bank. Your money could take some days to come to your account. If you take too long you can remind us of the best process.
6: How long does it take to Ninh Binh and Halong Bay?
The distance from Hanoi to Halong Bay is around 175 km with National Road. It will take around 4 hours in the normal way and 2.5 hours in the expressway. We operate daily Halong Bay Tour on the high-ways
The distance from Hanoi to Ninh Binh is around 100 km in a high way to the south. It will take around 2 hours in the normal traffic
7: Do we need to prepare anything for the trip?
You should bring a camera for photos, sunscreen, sunglasses, and insect-spray. You also should wear comfortable clothes and shoes for biking, climbing and walking. Don't need to wear long trousers because you can pick up the cover before visiting the temple.
